  We took our dog here for some follow up check-ups while on vacation after our dog had a serious reaction to medicine. We had countless issues with just two trips to this vet. I highly recommend you find yourself another vet in the area. 1 - We called ahead, had our records faxed in and attempted to determine what the emergency policy was (which we never did, thank god we didn't need it). 2 - They claimed our faxed records didn't make it the first two times we sent them. Once there, we waited around two hours to have a basic exam done with a CBC. 3 - The Dr. had serious issues doing basic tasks like getting urine from the bladder. 4 - The Dr.'s personality was very overpowering and she didn't spend any time explaining what was going on. 5. - The vet attempted to cram medicine down our dogs throat without even explaining what it was, or letting us say if we approved of it (or wanted to pay for it for that matter) 6 - She attempted to force us to buy a huge bag of royal canin food claiming her urine PH was off (we had it checked two weeks prior and it was fine) 7 - We felt like this place was more focused on $$ and running extra tests and selling special foods than they were concerned with our dogs health. 8 - The office claimed they had to "fit" us into the schedule. When we arrived, there was no other people or animals in offices. We still had a ridiculously long wait time. 9 - The staff flat out isn't friendly (especially the vet herself). 10 - The prices are higher than any other vet we've been to (including the vet hospital at Auburn).
